Terms and Conditions

All prices include IVA (VAT) of 23%
 
Hiring services from Bike A Wish is subject to the following terms and conditions:
 
1 – Reservation
  • A service is considered reserved only after such reservation has been requested by e-mail, and 50% of the total amount of the tour has been paid.
  • Acceptance of the reservation is dependent on the availability of the requested service.
 
2 – Changes
  • Any changes requested by the client are subject to the availability. Bike A Wish will do its best to meet the client’s requests.
  • Changing a program may change the price agreed for the initial tour.
  • Bike A Wish reserves the right to cancel or amend any tour due to road, water or weather conditions.
  • If the tour is cancelled by the company due to such circumstances, the client will not be charged.
 
3 – Payment
  • 50% of the service’s price is due to be paid when reserving.
  • The remaining 50% are to be paid at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the tour.
  • Payments may be in cash or bank transfer. All costs resulting from bank transfers are to be paid by the client.
4 – Cancellation

Cancellation of a reservation is subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation done 30 days or more from the beginning of the tour: full payment to be returned by Bike A Wish except bank transfers costs.
  • Cancellation done less than 30 days  and more than 15 days from the beginning of the tour: 50% of full payment to be returned.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days from the beginning of the tour: full payment to be made by the client.
